Dear Fellow Gothamites:

I am writing on behalf of a client of mine, The Brain Tumor Foundation.
Actually, The Foundation is more than a client - Schnur Associates acts as
the Foundation's office and I am its pro-bono lobbyist. The Brain Tumor
Foundation is holding its FOURTH ANNUAL ONLINE AUCTION on eBay.com this
October. They are in the process of procuring items and I thought I'd ask
you to consider donating an item or service to be sold.

As its pro-bono lobbyist, I have secured $1.5 million from the NYC Council
for the Foundation to purchase its own mobile MRI unit to provide FREE MRI
brainscans throughout the five boroughs of NYC. With brain tumors, the key
is early detection, and MRI brainscans are the only way to catch these
dreadful things in their earliest stages especially when no symptoms are
present, when there is hope for successful treatment.

Brain tumors are more prevalent than most people think. Check out the
statistics below this letter.

In addition to early detection, the Foundation provides a wide array of
programs, services and information to patients and families coping with a
brain tumor including support groups, a referral network for treatment, the
website www.braintumorfoundation.org and the annual Brain Tumor Awareness
Day Conference in NYC.

The Foundation's previous auctions have raised tens of thousands of dollars
by selling items and services including stays at five-star hotels, sports
club memberships, beauty products, designer clothing, tickets to major
sporting and entertainment events, and so much more. Your contribution will
be appropriately recognized in publicity materials for the auction including
on The Brain Tumor Foundation website.

Maybe you belong to a gym - ask for a 6 month membership certificate

Maybe you frequent a chic restaurant - ask for a dinner for 2

Maybe your have season tickets / sports or entertainment - just turn over
the ticket

The Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and all donations
are tax-deductible as allowed by law. If you need more info, or to donate an
item or service, please contact Paige Davis in my office at 212-489-0600
x200 or paige at schnurassociates.com.

Thank you for your consideration and I hope to hear from you soon.

Joel
