[Fredslist] Gotham's Finest Moment?

Dear Fellow Gothamites:

Last night was a truly enjoyable event. It was great to meet our LI
brothers and sisters. They are a great bunch of people and great
Gothamites. I felt very welcomed and made a lot of great contacts.
Nancy and Norman are very talented. I had the pleasure of traveling to
the event with our own jeweler to the stars, Ed Bienstock and Cayce
Crown who is a very gifted videographer and a lovely lady.

There was one scary moment. I found Fred's Blackberry on one of the
back tables. Could you all imagine that there were a few minutes that
Fred did not know where his Blackberry was? Gotham would have come to
a screeching halt.

Hats off to the many talented folks who contributed to the success of
the Gotham Anthem.

To Fred:

I hope you never stop being who you are. You are a rainmaker in the
true sense of the word. You make every member at Gotham feel like they
are the only member. May you stay forever young. You rock and so does
Gotham.

Best wishes,

Jack

Last night nearly 70 Gothamites from our Long Island, Queens and NYC
groups experienced what may have been Gotham's greatest moment, to
date. In addition to wedding quality food and drink (champagne too)
purveyed by our favorite LI party venue, Engineers Country Club, it
was the "World Premier" of the Gotham Anthem. And I must say we out
did ourselves. We made a classic. It looked and sounded so good-far
better than a participant expected. Accolades all around to the
chorus, the Musical Director (Norm Spizz), the song writer (Mike
Landrum), the videographer (Cayce Crown), the soloists (Nancy Schess,
Mike Landrum, Marcus Goldhaber, Alissa Cavallaro and Iris Wolinsky)
and most of all, Sound Engineer-Producer Judy Mauer and her sound
studio staff who made us sound far far better than we can be. For
those who missed this historic event, do not dispair as we will
reprise the Anthem at our New Haven 10/10 Cocktail Party and our
Winter Cocktail Party at the Friars on 11/28. The fun kept coming with
Norm blowing his horn (really well along with his great combo) , Nancy
doing a solo, a Fats Domino imitator and last, but not least, Susan
Sajiun-Fitzharris doing a star turn with back up singers Cayce Crown
and Nancy (we have that on tape too). All good fun and a great night!
