[Fredslist] need business retreat space one hour outside NYC

Dear Gothamites

I'm on a non-profit board and have been asked to locate a spot for a
business retreat in January.  We will be sitting inside most of the
time, and am hoping for some suggestions.  Here are the requirements:

 

1.        Sleeping rooms for 18 people

2.        A nice meeting room that has comfortable chairs/seats 

               (it could be comfy leather chairs w backs that push back
or a cozy living room with  comfy couches, etc...)

3.        No more than one hour outside of Manhattan 

4.       Not too expensive
