Greater New York Development Company, a Division of the Long Island Development Company is assisting businesses in acquiring their own property with low fixed rate, long term loans that are Government Guaranteed. We partner with all banks and non-bank lenders so businesses need not find another source of funding but utilize us with their institution to put 10% down and own their own place. We can find a lender if theirs says no. Rates are currently under 7%- fixed for 20 years. We cover all of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. We are also Economic Developers and can talk to them about what programs they can use effectively. For instance they might be able to reduce their interest rate by 3% for 4 years as well as get Empire Zone benefits or IDA benefits for real money amounts. This is a “BETTER TO GIVE THAN RECEIVE” thing- I don’t get anything for the economic development except an occasional ‘thank you’.
