[Fredslist] realtor recommendation in Providence RI

Please post the following:

My 26 year old daughter will be attending Rhode Island School of Design in a
graduate program beginning Fall, 2007.  She is looking for a realtor who can
help her find an apartment ( a loft space is her first choice) for purchase
(preferably) or rent, located near the school in Providence.  If you have
contacts...or can suggest appropriate neighborhoods in Providence, she would
be most appreciative (as would her parents.....)
