My account was scammed by? PayPal.? When I contacted American Express (to which the charges were made) I was sent a nondescript affirmation that my account was charged (4 times by the same creditor) not indicating what was sold and who ordered it).? Now American Express says that I am liable for the charges.? When I called to complain I got a person in India who read me (at least twice) some script.? I am in need of reaching out to someone in authority at American Express who is in America and has any understanding of Paypay and how one can be scammed.? Can anyone recommend someone to speak to?
