[Fredslist] Need LI-based PI attorney

Gang, 

While biking, my neighbor was struck by a car (neighbor had right of way).
He sustained multiple injuries, is unable to work at full capacity for the
rest of the summer, and the insurance company is being intractable on his
most basic requests for support.

He would like to retain a personal injury lawyer ­ although he doesn¹t want
to sue unless the company continues to be difficult.

Looking for a lawyer with integrity, experience and preferably Long Island
based.
