Financial Engineering / Derivatives arms me with an in depth understanding 
and knowledge which can be utilized by financial institutions / hedge funds 
to augment their bottom line. 

By way of back ground as detailed in my resume, most recently I implemented 
a 3rd party private investment platform and its entire infrastructure 
focused initially on a Municipal Tender Option Bond Business and Municipal 
Relative Value Arbitrage. 

Prior the to this I was at Citibank for 12 years, Bankers Trust for 7 years, 
Banc One 3 years and Zurich Capital Markets for 4 years. In summary, I have 
28 years of extensive detailed experience / expertise in Fixed Income, 
Municipal Derivatives, Tender Option Bonds, Interest Rate Derivatives, Risk 
Management, Secondary Market Securitizations, New Product Development, and 
Structuring. 

My experience has been managing and working with proprietary trading, 
secondary market securitization,  primary market origination - issuer side 
and the investor side; from front office including senior management, 
various trading / sales desks and product groups to the back office 
processes including risk management, credit, controllers, and legal 
departments. In addition, in my senior positions I have spearheaded various 
rating agency presentations, external legal / tax and accounting new 
initiatives.
