[Fredslist] Please "Renatto"

We have been hearing so many good things about fredslist lately and that's
great, but I have also been hearing lots of frustration from many who have
responded to a fredslist request and have never been acknowledged. The
proper Gotham protocol is to acknowledge receipt of the response with at
least a "Thank you" and then within a reasonable period of time to send out
a "Renatto" on fredslist to let Gothamworld know that you've received
enough (or more than enough) responses to your request. The first such
email was sent out by Gothamite Renato Tichauer, ergo the "Renatto".
Please observe this protocol in the future. Thank you.
