[Fredslist] Brooklyn R.E. Tax Atty Needed

Gotham - a not-for-profit that I know accidentally forgot to file the  
necessary real estate tax exemption applications regarding at least one of its  
properties.
 
Does someone have experience dealing with real estate exemption and  
abatement issues in NYC, preferrably Brooklyn?
 
If so, please let me know.
