[Fredslist] ROMANIAN Attorney needed, either here or in Romania

A client of mine has property in Romania, and has been contacted by an
attorney in Romania, who is representing a party that is interested in
buying this property. My client needs an attorney to represent him in this
transaction. This attorney should know the rules about real estate closings
in Romania, including what foreign tax, if any, needs to paid at the
closing, and how the sale will be reported for US purposes, as this person
is a US citizen.
