[Fredslist] looking for apt. rental

Hi,

My son is returning to NY after his 4 years away at college. He has 
gotten a good job in midtown (yippie) and the next hurdle is finding 
an apt.

He is seeking a reasonably priced studio (hah!) or a one or two 
bedroom that he can share and I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows 
of anything or has any suggestions / contacts.
