My sister, who is an executive recruiter, has an immediate opening  
for a VP of Performance Measurement in a large insurance investment  
management division, in New York City.

This person would calculate performance returns of the company’s  
internal portfolio of $500 billion in assets.  The candidate would  
now be working in an investment management firm in the New York area  
and be a powerful manager.  He/she would manage six direct reports,  
all VPs.  Salary range is $180-$200 plus 30% bonus which could reach  
one-and-half times that.
