Full Time Multi-Task Assistant/ Secretarial Position

 

 

 

Based in Nassau County on Long Island, we are a growing company looking to
for a full-time assistant.  The successful candidate will must be proficient
in computers, letters, memos, and general correspondence.  The following is
a general description of the duties required for this full-time multi-task
assistant/ secretary:

 

*       Preparing and faxing timely customer quotations from Estimating
Department and following up on awards.

 

*       Computer knowledge of both Excel and Microsoft Word.  Formatting
letters and setting up Excel spread sheets.

 

*       Data entry in Microsoft Outlook

 

*       Answering telephones, correspondence, and coordinating customer
requests with factory.

 

*       General filing and organization of systems.

 

*       Assisting in Accounts Payable.

 

*       Prepare reports and presentations for principals when required.
