OK Gotham, someone out there will have an opinion on this question:

My friend is moving over 2 days from a house in Brooklyn to a house outside
Boston and asked me how much he should tip the movers once they have
delivered everything at the new location. 

Is it a certain dollar amount per mover, or a percentage of the moving
charge or something in between?
