I am looking to my Gotham network for recommendations on remote computer back-up storage, including e-mail, for a small business. We have been backing up to CDs and keeping them in the office. We originally save all our work product on zip disks. But the e-mail is on the C drive (hard drive). Backing it up and my e-mail address book, which is extensive and vital, is a big issue. I would like to have it all sent out to a service that automatically backs it up regularly or at least weekly. We have considered getting an external hard drive, but that would still be at the same location.
There are many services that do the remote back-up and storage at various prices to be found by googling. The problem is that I don't know how to evaluate them and choose a good one for a small business. I am most concerned with one computer.. So I am asking those of you who have used these services or know something about them for your advice and opinions.
Thank you very much in advance. I appreciate your guidance.
Phyllis
