[Fred Klein]

            You all know my partner Joan Rothermel.  Her daughter, Sara, is
part of my extended family.  Sara graduated from New York Law School in
May, has just taken the NY and NJ bar exams, and is looking for a job.

      Before going to law school Sara spent two years as a legal assistant
at White & Case, LLP in the Bank Finance Department.  In this position her
responsibilities included coordinating deal closings and handling UCC
filings.  She also worked as an intern in Morgan Stanley’s Securities
Litigation department in the summer of 2004, where she worked on customer
complaints and assisted with arbitration preparation.

      During law school Sara worked as a legal intern with the New York Law
School Discrimination Law Clinic , the New York Law School Elder Law
Clinic, and at Klein Zelman providing litigation assistance.

      Sara is a very hard working and motivated young lady who would be an
asset to any Firm or Corporation.  She is looking for something in the
corporate finance field although she is comfortable with litigation as
well.  Attached is a copy of Sara's resume.  Any warm leads you could
provide would be greatly appreciated!
