Fellow Gothamites,

Attached is a 2 pager article discussing the need for
continuing HIPAA compliance in a medical practice.

I stress "continuing" because HIPAA is a constant process, not
a onetime event.

As you probably know, HIPAA applies to all healthcare entities,
from the solo practitioner, hospitals, nursing homes, insurance companies,
HMOs, DMV, Dept Of Corrections (prisons) and medical/diagnostic labs.

I'd appreciate your handing this to your favorite physician,
gynecologist, cardiologist and other healthcare practitioners.

	Thanks.
