HR TRAINING MANAGER
For our prestigious auction house client, we are seeking a Training Manager
who will be responsible for the delivery of all training through the human
resources department from company orientation to management and leadership
skills. The ideal candidate must be an able and experienced facilitator with
the
ability to continue and expand an impressive and vigorous array of courses
for employees at every level of the organization. This position reports to
the Director of Human Resources and is responsible also for an active
internship program. Some travel required. At least 5 years of substantial

WEEKEND OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work Thursday through
Sunday for our museum client, conveniently located one half hour from Grand
Central Station, NY. The Weekend Operations Manager is responsible for the
operation of the museum facility, safety and security, and will be involved
in special and capital projects. Experience with the running and upkeep of
museum systems, including HVAC, mechanical, alarms and security is required.
The Operations Manager assists with the supervision of security,
maintenance, design and visitor services staff. Minimum BA with experience
in a similar environment required. Strong interpersonal and communications

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, Federal Programs
For our major NYC museum client, we are seeking an Associate Director,
Federal Programs. This is a key position in the Office of Government
Relations and Strategic Project Development, and contributes to the
development and implementation of strategies for Federal appropriations,
policies and museum initiatives. Responsibilities include the preparation of
reports and testimonies in conjunction with appropriations from such
organizations as NASA, DOD, NOAA and other Federal programs; developing and
writing new proposals; researching opportunities for funding and staying
abreast of issues and trends; and assisting in the overall compliance
efforts for these programs. Knowledge of federal funding, grants writing and
management, and a background in federal liaison and agency relations,
research administration and project development required. Exceptional
