Gothamite Rick Fromewick will be doing a member spotlight on Grieving Your Property Taxes. Are you paying too much in property taxes? Because your home or business may be assessed to a higher value than it is probably worth! And with today’s declining real estate values, we can all use a break. Rick Fromewick was formerly with the NYC and Nassau County attorneys office. An officer at Meyer Suozzi English & Klein for over 29 years and chair of their Tax Certiorari and Condemnation practice, Rick knows how assessments are promulgated and what it takes to reduce the assessments and the taxes. He will explain the assessment process and provide concrete examples.
