ATM

This weeks true and funny story comes from Corpus Christi, Texas. Just the other day, in a bank that was being remodeled, an ATM repariman was there to replace a lock inside the machine. He left his phone in his truck while he went inside the bank and inside the ATM machine.

Unfortunately he locked himself inside the machine and couldn't call for help, because his phone was in his truck. All the while people are stopping by to use the machine. He tried to get their attention and started to slip notes through the ATM slot (see photo).

Passing notes

Most people thought it was a joke. Even the police thought it was funny when they arrived and could hear the guy screaming from inside the machine.

But no worries...It all ended on a positive note :)

Amazin' stories. Often while some of us put an object between a door and its opening.

I saw the story and felt bad for him.

So much money and no place to spend it.... Rod Serling could certainly have done something with this.... or perhaps, Monty Python.

I was in a Chinese restaurant and my fortune cookie said "Help, I'm being held prisoner in a Chinese fortune cookie factory."

This would be a good psychology experiment. They could set it up in different cities and see who is the most and least helpful.

I often leave my pocketbook in the car if I'm just running quickly into a store etc. This just made me think twice about that.

Between that and getting stuck on an elevator in the Empire State Building between the 36 th and 37 th floors which happened to me years ago, not fun!!! Poor guy! Phone is always in my pocket! You just never know!
