I am in charge of laundry.

 

 

I actually don’t mind the washing and folding parts. I find it kind of relaxing. Folding warm sheets and towels in front of the television watching a little House of Cards is kind of satisfying.

 

 

But I could really do without having to put all the folded laundry away. If there were some magical way to wish the folded laundry into the closet, I would very much like to know what that is. Because I know I am among friends, I can admit that sometimes the folded laundry can sit neatly in the basket . . . for days.

 

 

What is your least favorite chore?

I put my laundry away. Jo delegated that part of the chore to me..

Getting started on laundry. Once I start, Its so satisfying to have it done. I kind of love putting it away: A place for everything and everything in its place. If there is no room then I'm cranky and know I need to let go of some things...

I don't like going to the grocery store. Buying groceries has been much improved since Fresh Direct came along. :)

I am very lucky. My husband is fascinated with our new washing machine so he does the laundry. I just fold and put it away. Once the kids went to college, however, it became their job to do their own laundry. One of the best decisions we ever made.

I am not allowed to do the laundry -- ask Shelly when you see her; it's not than I cannot. I do put my washed clothes away. Chore I dislike most is sweeping the front (I do it well).
