From the "I can't believe there's a class in that" is the following true story as reported by Munchies.

The University of Kentucky is offering an undergraduate class called "Taco Literacy: Public Advocacy and Mexican Food in the US South," and the professor behind it wants to use tacos as an avenue for students to learn more about how people can forge social connections through food.

"This class allows our students to explore the issues of immigration, inequality, workers, intercultural communication, and literacy through the prism of food," Steven Alvarez, an assistant professor from the school's writing, rhetoric, and digital studies department told Munchies.

Students get to write restaurant reviews, sample tacos, and collect data. Where was this class when I went to college?

I surmise that because I went to Buffalo State, there should now be a class in chicken wings or beef on weck. Maybe I can get a graduate degree in take out.

So are you a Duffs or Anchor Bar person? I'm an Anchor Bar person, even have a tee shirt but I do admit to having two bottles of Duff's hot Sauce in my cabinet.

Duff's wings are the favorite of the locals up there. (I include myself and sons as locals). Crispy outside and moist inside with an honest sauce.

Beef on Weck, for the very unfortunate uninitiated, is handcarved roast beef, on a Kimmelweck bun (topped with pretzel salt and caraway seeds) and the top of the bun dipped in the aus jus of the roast beef. Absolute heaven! thanks Mitch, now I'm starving! Go Buff State!!!

I know a restaurant named Dearh By Tacos

Best beef on weck is Charlie Browns near the airport. For wings I love both the Anchor Bar and Duffs
