Good Thing It Was A Record Warm Day

This past Sunday was the annual No Pants Subway Ride. That’s right, no pants. Subway riders in more than 60 cities around the world (including New York) and spanning 25 countries simultaneously drop and remove their pants and ride their respective subways.

The event that started as a prank back in 2002 includes specific directions about where to enter the subway car, when to exit and how to answer passengers questions in between. “Where are your pants?” for example is to be met with “I lost my pants?”

I don’t know about you but this particular event does not call me.

At least in New York it was 60 degrees on Sunday.

Does this mean the Gotham "No Shoes" Highline Tour is off?

Would 'skeeve' me to sit anywhere on the subway, or go up/down the stairs in such a dressed down manner. Too many weirdos on the subways & don't want to join the ranks...I don't get it either, but do think it kind of funny for the brave ones that do it!

A friend called me from LA. She was on the Metro when it happened. I asked her why she didn't jump in and participate. She replied "I was going commando that day".

Juvenile and merits no coverage whosoever. See how long it continues sans the coverage.

Sorry I missed it! My Last time into Manhattan it happened to be Santacon! Silly as it all may be it's nice to have a few laughs! No pants included!
