It's That Time Again

I believe in New Year’s resolutions and there are always themes. For example, losing that 10 pounds is always right up there on my list. So is putting my technology away when it should be away. OK, so maybe I am not always successful in keeping my resolutions.

Notwithstanding my degree of success, I engage in the process anyway. It’s more like a focus and goal setting exercise.

How about you? Do you make resolutions for the new year?

I'm more the start-it-when-I-think-of-it type of person when it comes to making changes. Why wait? :)

I've just started the "12 week year" plan for my goals. 12 weeks is so much more manageable and creates a more immediate accountability, each day becomes more crucial towards the goal. Its easier to fail when you're doing it for a year. Helps to have a support group who want you to succeed. Very excited about the first 12 weeks of 2016. #eachdayanewyearstarts

not a rest guy per se. I look back and look ahead each year; and then I make assessments about things professional and personal that require change or that I may seek to to more or less of (or just about the same).

I do review the previous year. What worked and what did not both personally and professionally. Then set some new goals from there.
