I’ve spent my career helping leaders grow - from first-time managers finding their footing to senior executives strengthening their impact. Along the way, I led Learning and Organization Development functions at McGraw Hill, Capital One, and Lloyds Banking Group, where I saw firsthand how investing in development can transform not just managers, but entire businesses. My path has been shaped by a master’s in Social & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and seven mediation certificates from Columbia, Cornell, and CUNY. The work has been deeply rewarding, and I’m grateful it’s been recognized with six Learning-in-Practice awards from Chief Learning Officer magazine - and by Forbes, which named me “a leading expert in new manager development.”
I partner with senior leaders at SMBs to create management development that fits and fuels their business.
