When it comes to being a time, it seems there are two distinctly different types of people. Those that are On-Time and those that are Late. English author Edward Verrall Lucas said "I have noticed that people who are late are much jollier than the people who have to wait for them." Grrr...

Depending what culture you come from or what culture you're LIVING in has a lot to do with the "acceptance" of being late. Irish-time always includes an --ish at the end of the established time, while in eastern cultures a set time has no --ish. In business, being on time is critical. It communicates respect of other people's time, talent and resource. It communicates deserved respect collectively for those participating.

However, what it also says you could be a Serial Multitasker that thrives under pressure. They are typically described as optimistic, bright, creative, and have the ability to think on their feet. They try and get...."just one more thing done". They simply love a thrill and chasing time is stimulating.

So to you my fellow, Gothomites, I am SO SORRY for being tardy, its not you, it's me. I'm a work in progress.....

Are you Late or On-Time??
