I’ve been an anomaly my entire life. Smart, sassy, creative and bad-a$$y. My secret weapon? I've been living with this unique crown of red locks that often brought about teasing words as a youngster. In college I realized this crown of glory is what made me different. Embracing my difference, I boldly walked into the male dominant field of finance, sat with tall posture, and set out to be a different kind of financial expert. For twenty-five years, I have been living in the intense financial Wall Street world, filled with locker-room talk and insane competition. All along carrying this secret weapon I refer to as lady-Spidey-sense, holding it close to my chest, whilst listening to hours of stuffy compliance, analytical jargon, and simply waiting for my moment to lead the charge.

Fueled by every experience in my professional life, a passion manifested for women entrepreneurship, lady leadership, and ladies realizing full potential.  If you are fiercely independent, courageous and like to live life to the fullest, I cheer you on. Like you, I have an idea that I have carried with me for years and it has been materializing right in front of my eyes. Sometimes I have this out of body experience, thinking to myself ”holy $h*t, I’m actually doing this and I can’t stop doing it!” The fire blazes hot, and nothing can stop me now. Does this resonate with you?

So, for now my friends, I take a pause on my Wednesday blog to launch this baby called The Freckled Strawberry. Why? Because SHE can and SHE will. I'll continue my fun blogs and provide free content on my website launching August 22, 2021, but for now, I pass the torch onto the next blessed individual that will rightfully own this Wednesday blog spot.

To witness the most authentic self is a glorious vision to behold. The human spirit caught by inspiration and held captive by a passion so insatiable the world calls it to be and SHE must fulfill its obligation; carry out HER mission with a purpose greater than HERself. Magical, purposeful and divine. A purpose manifested through an invisible energy. A prophecy, forthcoming inspired for the enrichment of the human spirit.
