It’s a time of year when the recipes flow and the cooking is nonstop. Honestly, I really love it.
In my world, this is all the precursor to family (and the first time we will all be together since 2019). We cook and we eat, it’s how we spell love. Oh wait, I forgot to add – and we sing a song or two. Our holiday kicks off with a rousing rendition of “There’s no Seder like Our Seder” and maybe “Our Passover Things”.
This year I joined a Facebook group called the “Passover Recipe Exchange”. Admittedly, I haven’t shared any recipes or even left a comment – I’m kind of a lurker. But, I have gathered a few new recipes, made and frozen, that look terrific and scouted some reheating tips as well has guidance for how to cut my absolutely oversized brisket (or two).
Looking forward to our feast with family.
