I can't believe I am writing about Kim Kardashian. I must have a fever, or restricted blood flow to my head. But when I was browsing new biographies in the bookstore yesterday, there was a new book about her life. I picked it up, I don't know why, and then quickly put it down and rubbed my hands clean on my shirt.
Kim Kardashian may be very nice in person, I have no idea. You have to give her credit where it is due: she was a nobody who does nothing and made herself into a household name. I suppose with such a popular TV show there have got to be people out there who want to read her biography. Good thing for them it is a short book.
I kept browsing. There was a biography of Marilyn Monroe. That looked interesting and I made a mental note to think about getting that. I could put it on my shelf next to Joe DiMaggio. Further along I saw a biography of Frances Perkins. I wonder how many people who watch The Kardashian show even know who she was.
