Recently, I’ve played a lot of golf. “Gettin’ down to divot town”, “ following the path of righteousness in my swing.” Literally learning the swing, then closing my eyes and following thru. YES! I hit the ball with my eyes closed. Twice. For me? About 100 swings for 18 holes. Maybe 90-95. That’s a lot of swings. Hence, proper stretching is required, along with a good soak, a foam roller and a theraball for sore glutes. At this maturing age, proper stretching isn’t optional, it’s required. No more grip and rip. Are there any other athletes out there learning how to stay in the game? Looking for advice on tight IT bands, gait, and remaining athletic. Humble and human, Meyer
