Commute or not commute, that is the question

Do you have the option to work remotely and/or in person?
I work from home 2 days per week, if I choose, but work in the office the other 3-5 days. While I find I am more productive in the office, I also enjoy the comradery of my coworkers. However, that couple of days a week at home allow me to handle some things around the house that I would not otherwise get to.
That being said, I am working toward having the 2 days at home being truly "off" days and not work from home days, and if I am able to do that, I will switch those 2 days to Saturday and Sunday rather than the current, Tuesday / Friday!.
How do you mix your work time?

I think it really comes down to what kind of person you are and what business your in. I am always a fan of the hybrid schedule so it's the best of both worlds, and having the capability to have work at home days could prevent us using our PTO for non illness related issues of running a household. Most of us need human interaction, and the comradery is what keeps you going on the tough days.
