We spent my entire Weight Watcher meeting this morning discussing one topic, breakfast. We discussed the facts and the reality regarding the adage, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” We also discussed the pros and cons concerning the different ways people choose to eat breakfast.
I believe in breakfast. I make a concerted effort to eat a healthy breakfast every day during the workweek. Admittedly, my way of eating my breakfast is probably not the healthiest, I generally eat breakfast in my car on my way to work or at my desk. But, in my defense, I am not a morning person and, eating breakfast the way I do assures that I will fit it in.
