Yes it's true. Walled City Brewery in Londonderry, Northern Ireland posted an advertisement in a local newspaper seeking a 'beer taster.' The lucky person will be required to taste up to 40 craft beers once a month.

And get this..."Training will be provided but ideally we are looking for an understanding of the nature of craft beers, for someone who knows a lot about flavors," master brewer James Huey said.

The brewery has already received 137 applicants, including some that are even willing to pay. "But only 10% of the population can be master tasters," Huey said. "I am blind to some flavors, so we need someone who can complement my own work and decipher all the different flavors."

The person selected for the job will not be paid, but a taxi and food will be provided at the end of the work day. Any takers?
