I started teaching last week and in the first class I always rant about the process they will be going through. I emphatically and passionately make a plea for each student to approach the class with an open heart and an open mind.

If they are able to be vulnerable, each student will learn about themselves in their journey of building a business plan. It really becomes a process of personal growth which I'm grateful to be a part of.

Witnessing their development, I have found the more you learn about yourself, the better you can understand your strengths and weaknesses, improve your relationships, and make better business decisions.
