<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">We often have many resolutions about our physical health going into the New Year: going to the gym more, dieting, etc.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><br>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">But our mental health is as important as our physical health and are closely allied. One influences the other in ways we may not be aware via the immune system.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><br>
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">I am a NY State dual licensed Psychoanalyst and Music Therapist practicing on the upper west side of Manhattan. Current clients range in age from their 20s to their 80s and stay different amounts of time depending on
their individual needs.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Psychoanalytic psychotherapy works on the brain via changing our stress hormones and our patterns of relating.</p>
