However, it has also led to the rise of alternative forms of smoking. Enter the E-Cigarette and the hookah parlor. Make that the exploding e-cigarette. (See prior issues of this Newsletter from both Dec., 2013 and April, 2014) about other health risks associated with e-cigarettes and the FDA's plan both to ban minors from smoking e-cigarettes and to place serious warnings on the e-cigarette packaging.)
