communication skills program. It was fantastic! Jayne is a dynamic speaker
and had our group engaged from start to finish. I was interested to learn
about the 7-38-55 rule of communication. Did you know that 7% of
communication are the actual words spoken, 38% is vocal – your voice and
tone used and 55% is body language? I was surprised by that percentage!
