[Promo] When the First Reaction is “DUH!”

Sometimes my reaction to science is “DUH!” 

Research at Washington University, St. Louise revealed that a healthy immune system might be a treatment for COVID. Really?  They reported, “we think if we can make our immune systems stronger, we’ll be better able to fight off this coronavirus, as well as other viral and bacterial pathogens that may be unleashed in the future” I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Hello Captain Obvious - my bubby new this! 

Supporting a healthy immune system makes perfect sense to you too, doesn’t it? And how do we do this? EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES! Alas, most of us either can’t, won’t or don’t get the wide variety of raw, vine ripened produce we need every day consistently. I have a simple and convenient solution for you.
