[Promo] Conflict Management-- and Advisories, Watches, and Warnings

At the moment, much of Gotham World is under a National Weather Service Winter Storm Advisory or Warning.
(Not you, South Florida - lookin' good!)

I see a parallel between the NWS analysis of brewing stormy weather and conflict management for an extended family or family business.

A Winter Storm Advisory means "Be Aware".
A Winter Storm Watch means "Be Prepared".
A Winter Storm Warning means "Take Action".

When you can see that family conditions are coming together that could be difficult, be aware.
When there is real potential for trouble, be prepared.
Where trouble is a near certainty, take action.

Better still: though you can't do anything about the weather, you CAN take steps to manage conflict BEFORE the situation is dire.
