My client, Keep NYC Congestion Tax Free opposes wants to keep the existing free bridges from Brooklyn and Queens into Manhattan toll-free.

The Governor’s 30-day budget amendments <https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/governor-cuomo-details-30-day-amendments-fy-2019-executive-budget> just issued include no mention of tolling, at all.
