Cooking School in Agrigento treated us to an enjoyable evening of Sicilian
cooking and Sicilian wine. She taught us how to make home made cavatelli
(served with broccoli sauce), falso magro (veal stuffed with mortadella,

Cappuccino is a hot breakfast drink in Italy. Key word is breakfast.
Anytime before 11 AM is okay to enjoy one. But it's not a thing after
11, and certainly not after dinner. It has to do with the milk and the idea
that milk on a full stomach screws up your digestion. Makes perfect sense!
