I got an answer from Warrior – not what I had hoped, but I thought I would pass on what they are offering BEFORE I call them back, again.

The FREE giveaway doesn’t really help if we are not offering a Goody Bag – and while I have gotten wedges/hybrids that way – I don’t know how many people do.

Hi Steve,

Hope this email finds you well. I wanted to apologize for the delayed response we have received your messages, we are in golf season and our call volume is at its highest this time of year. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. In the meantime I wanted to provide you with some information regarding what we can offer. Once you've had a chance to review all information please email me and let me know what you think. We can then set up a day and time to further discuss.

Because we do help out thousands of events each year we are limited on fully donating product to every single event that does reach out to us. With that said, I have included some information below for you to review. We can offer you a partial sponsorship and gift certificates as a full donation.

What we normally do as a full donation for everyone's event is we send out a $200 gift certificate for each one of your golfers at your event. The gift certificate is good for either a hybrid and/or a wedge. If they redeem the gift certificate for both the clubs all they pay is a small shipping & customization fee of $36.40, it would be less if they only went with one club. Because we do help out thousands of events each year it does get a bit a difficult to donate product to every single event that does reach out to us, with that said the gift certificates are something we do as a full donation and we can also offer you a partial sponsorship. I have listed below the different partial sponsorship options we have available for a small investment, the pricing is all at cost and we don't profit from it.  Please review the packages and let me know if any interest you. Again no purchase is necessary for the gift certificates, if you only want us to mail out the gift certificates that's ok too just let me know and we will get them out to you asap. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

**Lithographs are a popular silent auction prize. The way it works is we donate the lithograph and all you have to pay for is the framing cost of $49.95 per lithograph. All of our litho's are appraised at $1,000.00, their all signed and numbered by the artist. We have several different litho's, we can offer the following; Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.

In the event that none of our packages fit your needs and/or budget we can also offer you to participate in our Marketing Exchange Program.
How it works is we will donate a set of wedges to your tournament for a raffle prize. We will provide you with the raffle vouchers and all we ask for in return for the donation of wedges is that you mail us back the filled out raffle vouchers of all the participants. All we do with their information is add it to our newsletter. A credit card will have to be placed on file to ensure the return of the vouchers, but it will not be charged. We will make a courtesy phone call 2 weeks after your event as a reminder to mail back the raffle vouchers. In the event that you do not send back the raffle tickets we will only then charge the credit card on file $90.00 for the cost of the wedges, but we will give you one last courtesy call before we charge the card on file.

Side note to clients who need help filling their event!

Warrior Custom Golf has almost a million emails of clients who love our clubs and service! We have found that inviting our clients in your surrounding area to help support your charity/event has been very successful. If you have not yet filled your venue or need help filling it up, please let us see if we can assist you in this area. We would take your flier in a PDF format with the content of what you would like us to say, and invite 2,500 of our existing Warrior clients within a close proximity to your event. Even if you get a 1% response, that would generate about 25 players for you! We prefer to notify them by email. We will send your email notification 2-4 weeks before your event.
