The Caregiver Program of SNAP serves Queens Community Districts 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. Inflation together with the rising costs of insurance, utilities and food have become a fiscal challenge for all non-profit organizations. With baby-boomers over age 60 and looking for educational and recreational activities, and the dramatic rise in the number of older adults seeking help, SNAP finds it necessary to reach out to you for support.
