</b>I have been volunteering at Hope Lodge for almost 10 years. Hope Lodge NYC, run by the American Cancer Society, provides <b>free lodging and a supportive, home-like environment</b> for adult cancer patients and their caregivers who must travel far from
home for active cancer treatment, removing significant travel costs and helping them focus on healing by offering comfort, community, and resources. <o:p></o:p></p>
