<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Jonathan Ricablanca is a Senior Principal and Regional Manager the Survey/Geospatial group at Colliers Engineering and Design. With over 25 years of specialized experience
in land surveying, Jonathan has helped advance the AEC industry through his work on diverse public and private sector projects, especially in managing teams that support large-scale roadway and utility infrastructure design & construction. Whether its conventional
construction or design-build projects, his portfolio spans a broad range of technical undertakings, including existing conditions surveys for fit outs and building redevelopment, rail and tunnel systems, and 3D modeling of structural and architectural elements.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in executing challenging architectural design and construction surveys for redevelopment and new construction.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

surveys associated with bulk portfolio property acquisitions. His technical acumen is complemented by his ability to oversee multiple teams operating on national projects across varied geographical regions, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects
with tight delivery windows. His role involves strategic coordination with internal and external stakeholders, detailed project proposals and cost estimation, business development, financial oversight, and leadership of project teams. Moreover, he has been
instrumental in fostering an environment where innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being are at the forefront. With a passion for people and a deep understanding of the nuances of company culture, he’s commitment in promoting Colliers Engineering
