P.C.  Jason counsels clients on a wide variety of intellectual property
matters including the preparation and filing of patent and trademark
applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, infringement
and freedom to operate searches, analyses and opinions, and domestic and
international intellectual property strategies.  Jason\u2019s patent practice
encompasses mechanical, electrical, materials and computer-related technologies
including semiconductor materials and fabrication, medical devices, consumer
electronics, data storage systems, software, machine learning, and artificial
intelligence (AI).  Jason also holds a CIPP/US certification with the
International Association of Privacy Practitioners (IAPP) for data privacy.</font></p>

is also a co-founder of Fluid Photonics Corporation, a technology startup
developing a sensor platform for the measurement of element concentrations in
liquids in industrial process streams, waste outflows and waterways.  The platform
is capable of sensing element concentrations on-site in real-time without the
need to separately send samples to a lab and may also be utilized as a
