A few of the more important things to remember are:</div><div><br></div><div><ul class="MailOutline"><li>Get examined before 10am (blood pressure is lower in the morning)</li><li>Do NOT eat for at least 4 hours prior to the exam</li><li>No alcohol or Caffeine for 72 prior to exam</li><li>No Everything Bagels (poppy seeds can test positive for morphine)</li><li>Avoid the middle of your urine stream</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div>Just as side note -Rob, through partners, also has access to Union Health Insurance Plans and other interesting non-traditional niche products.</div><div><br></div><div>I know I\u2019ve made what The Insurance Doctor does sound simple, but it\u2019s anything but!
