and real estate attorney were a misery for us both to deal with. The managing agent was a challenge. The board approval was easy. The problem is that is appears that her real estate attorney did not properly alert her to something that her estate attorney
needed to deal with and her estate attorney is ignoring her communication.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Californian FB",serif">Obviously this is something for the seller to deal with \u2013 but I want the apartment and she is a lovely person and we are both tired of the delays that have been imposed on
us. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Californian FB",serif">The issue is that the coop\u2019s managing agent is requiring that she provide them with \u201cthe federal release or affidavit and the affidavit of debts and domicile.\u201d<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Californian FB",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Californian FB",serif">She doesn\u2019t think she can deal with her estate attorney to get what is needed.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Californian FB",serif">She may need a new estate attorney who can help her just close everything out.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
