<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">Gotham \u2013 my brother David (he is an attorney in Illinois) has a client with a potential personal injury claim against a high end midtown hotel. On August 6, 2019, the client
(who lives in Illinois) sat down on a chair in his hotel room and the chair collapsed (he has photos) When the client fell he injured his knee. He was taken to an urgent care center and was diagnosed with a knee contusion and given a knee brace. The hotel
told him that they would pay for his medical bills at the urgent care but never did. He was unable to continue his trip, participate in scheduled family outings and was unable to take another scheduled trip. When he returned it was determined that he had injured
his knee meniscus and went through many months of physical therapy. The client still suffers from pain and discomfort due to this injury.</span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">Time is of the essence as a three year statute is running. The client is not looking for hundreds of thousands of dollars but is looking for compensation for his losses, reimbursement
for his physical therapy and medical treatment and pain and suffering. It seems to be in the mid 5 figures.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
